This is bowl No. 4 that was made from a cherry tree that a family member had removed because it grew too big and was beginning to encroach upon the electrical lines leading to their home. I couldn't bear the idea of this wood becoming firewood. So, we decided to give some of the larger pieces a second life.
Its top view is colorful. It boasts robust live edge on the top edge.
Its diameter is 8", it stands 2.75" high and weighs 1.25 lbs.
A food safe finish has been applied just in case you are inclined to place dry items in it.
