Another fun cutting board that presents an eye-catching pattern. It is constructed of cherry and walnut to which I applied a food safe finish of butcher block conditioner containing food grade mineral oil, beeswax and carnuba wax. The finish has been hand rubbed to give it greater depth and resistance to normal kitchen use. A similar finish will need to be re-applied occasionally to maintain the luster and resilience of the wood
