This is custom item requested by a discerning customer. It is a cutting board made of maple in the shape of a pizza peel. Its dimensions are 26" long by 18" wide by 1" thick. A hand rubbed butcher block finish consisting of food grade mineral oil, beeswax and carnauba wax giving it a silky smooth touch and resistance to liquids, etc.
