An end-grain hardwood cutting board constructed of maple and purpleheart. Its dimensions are 14.0" wide, 16.0" long and 0.5" thick. It weighs 4.0 Lbs. A food safe finish of food grade mineral oil, carnauba and bees wax has been applied. It may be cleaned with soap and water and immediately wiped dry. Periodic application of mineral oil will preserve the resilience of this board.
