Sometimes when mother nature wreaks havoc she also bestows gifts upon us that we find in the aftermath. That is the case with this walnut candy dish. I made it from a tree that fell during hurricane Sandy a few years ago.
It measures 8" wide by 10 3/4" long by 3" high.
It has been decorated with ground dark blue stone and epoxy. A food safe finish has been applied. As such, it may be safely used with dry items.
